Founded in 2016, we discovered that running was better together.
Our team has grown to over 700 individuals throughout the boroughs and around the world as we strive to provide an inclusive running community with performance based resources.
TRAINING SESSIONS
TRACK TUESDAY
Focus on speed development with faster and shorter intervals.
Sessions:
7AM / 7PM - McCarren Park Track
7AM - East River Park Track
Example workout:
4x1200 meters (three laps) @ half marathon pace, followed by 4x400 meters @ 5k pace, 90 sec. rest.
SATURDAY LONG RUNS
Easy or marathon pace often 8+ miles aimed to help build aerobic base.
Saturdays:
Run starts 8/9AM out of
Evil Twin Brewing Co. Dumbo
Includes bag check, routes explore the city and pace groups vary on attendance.
THURSDAY TEMPO
Tempo, fartlek, or hill sessions aimed to help maintain your goal race pace.
Sessions:
7PM on road or track at Central Park and McCarren Park.
Example workout:
3x10 min. @half marathon pace, w/ 90 sec. rest.
STRENGTH SESSIONS
Weight training focusing on injury prevention and strength fundamentals.
Sessions:
Held on Wednesdays and Sundays. Schedule changes through the year.
Led by experiences coaches and captains on our teams.
All sessions are for members only.

Swing by one of our practices, Tuesday Track sessions highly recommended before formally joining.
