WEEKLY RUNS
TUESDAY TRACK
Track sessions focus on speed development with faster and shorter intervals.
Example workout: 4x1200 meters (three laps) @ half marathon pace, followed by 4x400 meters @ 5k pace, 90 sec. rest.

Sessions are held 7AM/7PM at McCarren Park Track and 7AM at East River Park Track
THURSDAY TEMPO
Tempo runs, fartlek, or hill sessions are longer intervals aimed to help maintain your goal race pace.​
Example workout: 3x10 min. @half marathon pace, w/ 90 sec. rest.

Sessions are held at 7PM around the Central Park Loop or near/at McCarren Park Track.
SATURDAY LONG RUNS
Easy or marathon pace usually 8+ miles depending on the type of year aimed to help build your aerobic base and increase your weekly mileage.​
Each Saturday (unless announced on IG/Heylo) at 8/9AM depending on time of year. Group pace ranges depends on attendance.
Starts at Evil Twin Brewing Co. Dumbo, routes explore the city.

BKTC hosts community runs and activities throughout the city to celebrate our teammates and collaborate with other local run clubs.
